The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for monthly report preparation, bank transfers, daily banking activity, audits, and more. This is a great opportunity to start your career in a role where you can be trained by and work with some of the top experts in the industry.
The Sales Support role will focus on helping BCC achieve its aggressive growth goals in a competitive market by facilitating our customers’ needs and providing them answers on BCC services. In addition, you will work closely with our Sales, Pricing, and Operations Team in all aspects of the pre-sale; sale, and post-sale of services and products delivered by the BCC Team to meet the needs of internal and external customers.

Benefit Admin Sales Associate
The Benefit Admin Sales Associate will ultimately transition into a Sales Executive role within 8-12 months after completing necessary development training. Candidate should have 1-2 years progressive sales or client management experience with a benefits administration firm, human capital and/or HR administration firm, channel partner, TPA, carrier, or employee benefits brokerage.
This role will focus on helping BCC achieve its aggressive growth goals in a competitive market through the development of strong relationships with employers, brokers, consultants, channel partners, and third-party relationships. Once qualified as a successful Sales Executive, they will be responsible for managing the full sales opportunity lifecycle – from sourcing qualified channel partners, presenting demos, and closing deals.
