Two new Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) design options are available for employers to adopt on or after January 1, 2020. These options are an Individual Coverage HRA (ICHRA) and an Excepted Benefit HRA (EBHRA). BCC can provide administration of both new HRA designs through the My SmartCare Portal and mobile app. Here are the key design features of the new HRAs:
